It is no secret that eggs provide a powerful sponge for nutrition. An egg contains only 75 calories, but 7 grams of high quality protein. In addition, eggs are an amazing source of iron, vitamins, and carotenoids. Carotenoids are a type of phytonutrients that can help prevent everything from heart disease to certain cancers.

Not only are eggs an excellent source of nutrition, but their high protein content makes you feel better in the long run. Have you noticed that if you have eggs for breakfast, you want a snack? Well, you don’t have time to prepare omelets every day, so hard-boiled eggs are the perfect way to make a healthy protein source even smaller.

But many people say that hard boiled eggs are very difficult or worth the trouble.

We’ll show you how to harden eggs with a bush-pin trick! This will completely change how your eggs are boiling, and they will look exactly the same every time.

You will need:

Like many eggs you like to boil hard. (I usually do a dozen hours; this way I can snack on them throughout the week.)

  • 1 bush-pin
  • Medium long arm
  • Cold water

How:

  1. Bring the saucepan to a boil.
  2. Insert each of your eggs with a bush pin and make a small hole. To carefully crush and add eggs to boiling water. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off the water and let the eggs sit in the frying pan for about 5–10 minutes. Dip the eggs in water and allow them to dry. I use tweezers and place them on a piece of paper.
  4. Once the eggs have cooled, keep them in the refrigerator. Store your hard boiled eggs in the fridge for a week.
  5. this is the matter! Grab and go if you want. Crack and peel and eat!
