1) Sea Butter

If you need an afternoon pick-me-up or workout snack, look no further! This easy snack is an amazing source of monounsaturated fat and is great for overcoming salt cravings. If you are looking for a healthy snack with less ingredients, mix it with salsa and spread it on Ezekiel toast.

Important things:

  • Butter
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Direction:

Divide the avocado in half and sprinkle with sea salt.

2) Baby Dills

Crisis, salty, delicious! Who wouldn’t love a little bit? Twist-of-jar and snack eating is a probiotic that is good for digestive health.

Important things:

  • 4 baby dill pickles

The perfect snack for flying! I love Kind bars because I read the products on the label, they are GMO and trans fat free and they do not dissolve in my gym bag.

4) Orange Creamy Smoothie

Remember the days of ice cream truck cream? This is a flawless, protein-rich version!

Important things:

  • 1/2 cup non-fermented vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup O.J.
  • 1 scoop of fibro vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Direction:

Add all the ingredients and stir for 1-2 minutes to make a smoothie or blender.

5) Pickle Roll

The shining version of the classic “pickle dog” that you know from past obstacles.

Important things:

  • Choose 2 medium dill
  • 2 pieces of nitrate free ham
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese

Direction:

Spoon Spoon BS Spoon. For each slice of ham add cream cheese, meat to the ham and roll it.

4) Egg hardened

 

2 hard boiled eggs

Pet Protein Strength! I make a dozen hard boiled eggs every week and they are always eaten. Great snack so you don’t get “Hungary” – Hungry / Angry!

Important things:

  • 6 hard eggs

Direction:

Put 6 eggs in a bowl and bring to a boil, cover and turn off the heat.

Cover and let sit for 10 minutes, then run under cold water.

Add salt and pepper if you want.

Delivery size 2 hard eggs.

7) Carrots and Hummus

My family digs this salty recipe every few days. It is very simple, and gives parsley a refreshing taste compared to store-bought ingredients.

Important things:

  • Can be 1-15oz carbonated beans – filtered and washed
  • Tahini cup
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic or 2 garlic cloves
  • Tablespoon sea salt
  • Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tbsp parsley (I like fresh)
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Pepper for decoration

Direction:

In a mini food processor, mix all ingredients together. You can play with garlic, salt, parsley and cumin to suit your taste.

Scoop into a serving bowl and sprinkle with chili and garnish.

Serve with your favorite chopped vegetables.

Serve 2 tbsp. Hmmmus plus wedge tippers. My favorite baby carrot!

8) Lean Elvis Smoothie

 

Smooth a chocolate almond butter in a glass

We exchanged Elvis’ most expensive bacon for chocolate protein powder, but the result was still a winner!

Important things:

  • 1 cup Vineet Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Pepper Protein Powder
  • banana
  • Spoon Almond Butter
  • 1 cup ice

Direction:

Add all the ingredients and stir for 1-2 minutes to make a smoothie or blender.

9) Track is available on Trail Mix

A short cut is mixed with nuts, seeds and fruits

Forget the empty dollars spent on vending machines. Add a mixture to it and leave a container in your car, kitchen or office in case of dizziness. Then, Snack Attack!

Important things:

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chocolate
  • 1/4 cup cranberry
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup papitas

Direction:

Attach all items and stores to the zip lock bag.

13) Freytag Family Guacamole Recipe

Important things:

  • 2 butter, peeled
  • 1/2 a jalpano pepper, seeds and minced
  • 1/4 Red Onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4/4 1/2 Lemon, with juice (as you wish)

Custom Elements:

  • minced garlic
  • To garnish the dried tomatoes

Direction:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

Using a potato masher, you want the consistency to mix all the ingredients together. Some like it chunky, while some like it soft. Feel free to play with the amount of salt, lime and garlic to suit your taste.

Scoop on a serving dish and serve with chopped fresh vegetables.

Serve 2 tbsp. Guacamole.

 14) Taste of Tropical Smoothie

  • Zen frozen mango cup
  • Zen frozen pineapple cup
  • 1 scoop of fibro vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup ice

Direction:

Add all the ingredients and stir for 1-2 minutes to make a smoothie or blender.

15) Cabbage Salad

 

Top 3 slices of tomato with buffalo mozzarella, julian basil, EVO, and balsamic vinegar

Salad can also be a snack. This was a great snack!

Important things:

  • 2 AS skim buffalo mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 small tomato
  • 4 basil leaves, sliced
  • Mist with 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp balsamic. Extra Pure Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle with sea salt

Direction:

The tomato is cut into 3 pieces, topped with sliced ​​buffalo mozzarella and basil.

Fog with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.

Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

16) Buzznanas

 

Top with a white plate of shiny honey with banana flakes and sprinkled with cinnamon

Right when you need something very sweet.

Important things:

  • Banana is a banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Direction:

Cut a banana into large pieces.

Mist with 1 tbsp. Honey

 17) Turkish Jerky

Trader Joe’s opened with a show of kissing the pie of turkey jerky.

A great snack to put in a gym bag for a workout protein punch! I really like Trader Joe’s jerky natural turkey.

18) Recover Roll-Up

The pickle roll-up offers a little kick from the sister, but brown mustard and carrots. Great breakfast for work at lunch!

Important things:

  • 4 baby carrots
  • 2 pieces of nitrate free turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon pickled brown mustard

Direction:

Spoon Spoon BS Spoon. Place pickled brown mustard and carrots in the turkey and roll them.
